PersistentVector/EMPTY, and String/fromCharCode work in master - it just piggybacks on foo.bar.baz w/o changing resolution semantics for existing CLJS programs

Foo/.bar and Foo/new seem pretty trivial, though the later probably need a backwards compatible treatment just in case as well
