Clojurians Log v2

Will this release include the "global import" feature? Something like (:require [js/Promise :as p]) (many versions have been discussed. I don't recall the final form)

@souenzzo no, I think bumping Closure and switching over to the Closure Library is enough novelty for one release 🙂
