Clojurians Log v2

https://clojure.atlassian.net/browse/CLJS-3233 leaning towards js$Foo and $Foo - one thing is that global imports won't check for existence at compile time for the obvious reasons, but that can of course lead to really annoying development experience. I'm thinking a runtime assertion about whether the thing exists during development would be a good thing, no check for advanced.
