for the constructor case, because really a different kind of problem

specifically the new ticket should clarify that trying to use a namespace as a constructor (which is a 100% CLJS-ism, not a Clojure a thing) leads to this problem.

CLJS-3380 has no easy answer and unlikely to act on it until some really good idea emerges
