@dnolen I think CLJS-3011 is independently good to go. There were some side issues that I think Oliver Caldwell had discovered (related to loading the cljs.repl namespace when making use of pREPL).

cljs.repl is loaded in all the pREPL nses

the issue could be clearer about the steps to reproduce
