The :checked-arrays feature has been out for a year. I wonder if we should ever consider defaulting it to be on. (Perhaps default to :warn but only if in a REPL, a bit analogous to how :warn-on-undeclared enables certain warnings when in the REPL.)

@olivergeorge I think an argument can be made for :extra-preloads and :extra-closure-defines in this case
