I think it would be nice to have a toggle to filter out deprecated methods from the api surface, e.g. here: https://cljdoc.org/d/missionary/missionary/b.42/api/missionary.core but maybe it’s already there and I couldn’t find it?

Yes, I’ve thought about that too. Cljdoc is describing APIs, so maybe not show them by default. Or… show them but strengthen visual cue by greying them or crossing them out… and also allow them to be hidden.
