@nbtheduke, @rahul080327 cljdoc currently assumes it should run ClojureScript analysis when it sees a .cljc file. But you can ask https://github.com/cljdoc/cljdoc/blob/master/doc/userguide/for-library-authors.adoc#languages, would that solve the issue for you?
