So, I wonder, we should maybe start issues with what problems we are trying to solve? Instead of what technology we are dropping in?

I find starting the the problem/opportunity really helps. Then flesh out some candidate solutions.

But yeah, I’m a geek, and am certainly guilty of starting with “solution” without defining the problem!
