Just in case I suck at finding documentation:
Is there a way to instruct clj-kondo to only report :errors (i.e. ingore :warning and :info) for the following form instead of #_{:clj-kondo/ignore [:listing :all :the :linters :explicitly]} ?
How do I write a custom linter that uses source code metadata (e.g. ^:my-meta on vars)? The var-definitions I get from find-all-var-definitions often have empty or partial :meta

are you talking about the clj-kondo analysis? See https://github.com/clj-kondo/clj-kondo/tree/master/analysis#metadata custom linters will see metadata as part of the name node
