Clojurians Log v2

I have a project where deps.edn, src, are in a subfolder of the project. For this project, clj-kondo isnt reporting any errors via eglot+flymake. Anything I can tweak to make it work? (Btw I dont have flymake-kondor, and it still seems to work in a standard project setup..)
