how about lint on macros according to its spec

@doglooksgood I’ve thought about doing things with spec in clj-kondo and also played with it

but ultimately clj-kondo has to parse code anyway and produce human readable error messages, which spec doesn’t so. also it might affect performance in a bad way, I’d like to keep clj-kondo fast

it also bloated the binary from 16 to 35MB, which is in this day and age, maybe not a problem
