Clojurians Log v2

a recent comment on kibit's github reminded me that I never did cut a new release for kibit. the repo was transferred to clj-commons, but the group id is still jonase, so for me to release it, i'll need to be added to that group by @jonas, right?

I see Zach just transferred virgil over to clj-commons -- I can't remember who had been talking about that?

https://github.com/clojure-goes-fast/virgil is a more up-to-date fork -- hopefully the base repo can be brought up to date and kept maintained now.
