Clojurians Log v2

Finally prioritizing working on hickory. I see that it’s published to just hickory , so I take the liberty to decide to republish it to org.clj-commons/hickory rather than dealing with getting access to hickory, as we should prefer fully qualified artifact names.

If you aren't done yet, probably better to keep continuity for existing hickory users? I mean hickory/hickory is technically fully qualified.
