Clojurians Log v2

Are we set up to easily deploy to Maven? I need to cut a new release of Dirigiste soon, and historically, Zach deployed it there. OTOH, I can’t find any evidence on GitHub that any Java projects use it, so it’s probably fine to use clojars.

I have never deployed to maven, I’d imagine we’d need superduper privs to do exactly that.
