Wouldn’t it be better for bus factor if that org had multiple admins who can recreate tokens?
Also it's be good if we documented (in the README?) who those people were so in case of issues we know who to approach
I believe that’s somewhat documented by the CODEOWNERS file. But, it might not be up to date
