Clojurians Log v2

@slipset Is the http://maybe-deply.bb script usage documented somewhere? It was added for byte-streams (but not manifold), and I’m wondering why there was a difference, and how to take advantage of it. (Do I add “[ci deploy]” to a commit message?)
