Clojurians Log v2

In library documentation, I want nice explanations of how to solve problems with the library, and a nice way to discover public API symbols. To me, it's not entirely clear how we should walk the line between the two. If any of you have a solution thought out ("it's just fragments?"), I'd love to hear your perspective.
