Love Clerk. Was messing around with it tonight for the first time and found this. Really minor, just irritating. Not a huge deal. I'm probably going to just use markdown files anyway (although it might be nice to stay in CLJ files for the keyboard shortcuts, haven't really decided yet). https://github.com/nextjournal/clerk/issues/790

For more context on this, my notebooks in particular had a lot of explanation in them. I found line comments hard to manage for that purpose. I found this issue because I was trying to use doc string style paragraphs instead.

No worries. I was already poking around, so happy to save you time. Also, I found that this issue doesn't occur with "markdown in line comments", which I believe is the "happy path" for markdown. I added an example to the issue.
