Clojurians Log v2

Is there a way to query a Clerk notebook tree? Or maybe even just programmatically so that I can dump it into DataScript to query for example: all the filenames and h1s of pages that have 3 or more links and maybe also tap into some of the evaluated code so maybe I can (def tags [...]) in some pages and query on that too?
