So, I have a PR to fix an issue with clara-rules 0.24.0; however, it requires me to create an Oracle account; however, trying to do that returns a 403 error. https://github.com/oracle-samples/clara-rules/pull/514 -- ideas?

I'm not fully opposed to CLJS support, but what clara has is too outdated and needs rethinking before I'd want to work through it again.

I'm definitely betting on CLJS for my current project. I briefly considered the Dart compiler, but the blocker was ... Clara Rules. (Or rather, I assumed it wouldn't work.)
