So the circleci/clojure images are deprecated; but the nextgen cimg/clojure image is still in beta, and hasn’t been updated for 2 years! 😞
The circleci/clojure images will stop receiving updates in February
Also it looks like the cimg/clojure images target leiningen only, not tools.deps 😞
Does anyone know if circle are planning to provide convenience images in the future? Or do we need to roll our own?

Not a lot, it's just a global namespace. It's not enforced by cognitect iirc
