I have a flaky macos build today because curl exits with status code 7 with fetching some stuff from github.

Is anything known about this?

The only declared GitHub outage today involved Actions, but a few folks internally have seen 500s from the GitHub web UI so there may have been collateral damage to the rest of GitHub.
