I tried to install https://github.com/clojure-emacs/squiggly-clojure

but I see nothing happening in my emacs. Should I active it with an interactive command?

I don't see the warning with (inc "foo") from core.typed though

I also tried squiggly and could never get it to work.

I had moderate success with it a few months ago
