I have to tell that double connecting to start REPL in Windows was fixed

Great! The issue was mostly on a message that the socket sent that made the UNREPL handshake not be a valid EDN. I have absolutely no idea why that message was sent after everything was already connected, but well, it's fixed 😄

but it still abending Atom sometimes
