I don’t like the singleton app-db in re-frame

had a brief chat with a co-worker on a project where they used re-frame with coeffects/effects. They seemed to be ok with that, but I think I’d want to see where I’d get with carry 🙂

Yeah I haven't done a big enough project with either of them to really compare, but I've thought about this quite a bit, and I don't really see what re-frame has that carry doesn't offer
