Namespace Form Auto-creation (https://calva.io/namespace-form-auto-creation/) is not working for me. Instead I get a message offering to let me generate code or select a language (see screensnap). Did this feature go away? Or do I have to configure something?

I think this may be a regression. It still sometimes works, but I think I’ve seen it fail more often lately. The message you see is the standard VS Code message for empty files, btw.
