Hmm, I think it does. At least in leiningen project Find all implementations on protocol method seem to be working.

Another question - is there any known issue with clj-kondo in Calva ignoring $PROJECT/.clj-kondo/config.edn? I’ve got few lint-as statements which seem to be ignored.

Not that I know of. Are all of them in the config.edn ignored or just some? Was your project opened in VS Code with $PROJECT as the top level directory?
