Late response, but if you started the repl with Calva jackin, you can terminate it in the terminal it's running in with ctrl+c, then run jackin again. If you started it from outside Calva, then you can terminate it wherever it's running, start another one, and use one of Calva's "connect to a running repl server" commands, whichever pertains to you
