From where can we download the vsix that is built by Circle CI on a PR? I am not seeing it 👀

I'm not sure if everyone can see the artifacts, or only people with certain permissions

I have no idea what is going on. They just released a preview of a new view of the build piplines, maybe that interferes with what you saw
