This is a RC-build of @andres.rodriguezhn’s PR for adding WSL support. I am not on Windows so have troubles testing it. Someone care to help Andrès and me with testing?

Hi @pez, I tried my changes using that .vsix that you sent and everything seems to be working fine

While developing those changes, I noticed a few things completely unrelated to WSL and created two new issues in the calva repo.
