Clojurians Log v2

I hope that clears up the versioning changes and the development targets, currently boot doesn’t compile on OpenJDK 11-13 which is something I want to fix for the v3 branch

There is also a lot of duplicate code that runs every time boot is launched which could be moved into bootstrap and aot compiled
