mynomoto: defelem+ is in 6.0.0-alpha3 now

i think it should be mostly backwards compatible with defelem

if it doesn't break too many things we might want to just replace defelem implementation with the new thing

also moving docs to the github repo under docs/ so we can have docs synchronized with commits

and so it's easier for everyone to edit without needing to deploy a new site

http://hoplon.io will have some fancy demos and a landing page i think

@micha: Next week I will find some time to try it. I think it's wise to move docs to github.
