the next version of bb will probably also have nrepl.core bundled, can run custom nrepl middleware and the cider nrepl test + inspector middleware will come by default (the most frequently asked middlewares)

nrepl.core/client and nrepl.core/client-session are in there. it has the full api included.

The next bb will support bb repl --connect ... to connect to another nREPL server using the jLine REPL (similar to lein repl :connect )

I was considering porting babashka' build (which is now done using lein's javac + uberjar -> GraalVM) to tools.build, but I now realized that bb can run its own build then soon ;)
