Clojurians Log v2

ok I have all this working (remote, local, and uberscript) w/ manifest libraries. I also wrote up a doc intended for users of this feature b/c there's a lot going on here. it was helpful for me as I developed it, so figured I'd include it as a new doc in the PR too. and speaking of PRs, those are coming shortly

Also, on an unrelated note, it looks macOS arm64 GitHub-hosted Action runners are available in beta. But you might have to pay for them. I just requested access to the beta, so I'll post an update in here when/if I get in whether there's a free tier or not. Unless you all have already beat me to it. :)
