any opinions on:
1. defaulting --deps-root always to the parent of bb.edn
2. defaulting --deps-root always to the current working directory
for issue 1110?
I now went with 1. https://github.com/babashka/babashka/issues/1110

either way can be argued, but it can be set explicitly which is good
