I'm using the com.cognitect.aws/api library, and i wonder if any of you used lambda to upload your jar via cognitect's library

Not sure what you mean by using lambda, but part of our deployment process at work uses cognitects library to push jars to s3 (uploading to s3 and then downloading turns out to be faster than pushing jars through our VPN).
