Anyone using Amazonica with localstack? It seems to work well for the first few simple things I have tried, but list-buckets seems to have a problem returning info. At startup when the result is empty [], all goes well. After creating a bucket I get:

Invalid format: "2020-01-14 02:45:53.833082" is malformed at " 02:45:53.833082"

https://github.com/localstack/localstack/issues/1899 appears to be a known issue with localstack
