clojure -Ttools install-latest :lib io.github.seancorfield/deps-new :as newdeps-new command-line options, using the new https://github.com/clojure/tools.deps.config library.
• You can also set directory-level defaults, in case you want different behavior for deps-new when creating projects in your school, open source, work, whatever directories!
