Announcing Hermes https://github.com/wardle/hermes/releases/tag/v1.4.1585 - SNOMED CT terminology command line tool, library and server written in Clojure using lmdb and Lucene... and now with OWL reasoning and an MCP server. While the MCP is fun to use interactively, the key I think is in using it programmatically as a harness to control and direct an LLM, and reduce confabulation, and means I was able to use a cheaper model with better results paradoxically. I've completely revamped the README and documentation.

Amazing. I'm currently at the Snomed Business Meetings in Vienna, and today is the Snomed on FHIR meetings. Just want to say it's fantastic you keep up the work. I have some hopeful plans of incorporating your stuff in some national term server ecosystem initiatives. To be continued!
