new tech launch https://www.clojure.net/ from Hyperfiddle, check out it! • "Hyperlink into your REPL" – one function call turns your live REPL into a navigable web app • solves the problem "How to make a management UI for services that only have a backend, without frontend builds, zero js/cljs toolchain overhead" • this is the first public beta of brand new networking tech powered by Electric, please try it and report issues in #hyperfiddle and also report your success! • meetup next week - https://www.meetup.com/london-clojurians/events/313632474/
Why is the domain named http://clojure.net? Does this have anything to do with Clojure in general?
that depends if I can convince 10,000 clojure devs to all put the hyperfiddle-agent in their default REPL config and start sharing links with each other
Initially I thought it was about .NET, as in ClojureCLR. Finally the killer app for ClojureCLR!
What if dtype-next had linear algebra and complex numbers? La Linea extends https://github.com/cnuernber/dtype-next with linear algebra and complex numbers, powered by https://ejml.org/ as the computational backend. https://scicloj.github.io/lalinea/ Still experimental, feedback would help 🙏
As always, dtype-next amazes me in its great ideas combining functional programming, array programming, and what the JVM offers.
A little taste of what's inside La Linea's docs:
