Clojurians Log v2

I'm on a roll lately and I'm happy to announce the first Drawbridge release in 6 years! (!!!) It's a pretty modest one (mostly dep updates and backfilling the (non-existing) test suite, so it's easier to finally do some (all?) of the improvements I meant to do in the past), and perhaps to eventually add HTTP transport support in CIDER...
