has anyone else seen java.io.IOException: Pipe broken exceptions occuring with websockets and aleph when using Firefox Quantum?

doesn't happen with Chrome, Opera or Edge

on Firefox side everything seems fine

...as much as I can see due to lacking websocket traffic debugging capability on Firefox Quantum
