Good news! Salesforce has granted us another year of Pro for free -- so we get to keep all the paid features until December 19th, 2024. Props to @robert-stuttaford for reaching out to the CEO of Salesforce after all my contacts at Salesforce had led nowhere, and after our previous contacts at Slack had all moved on to other companies!
