@crocket: in my experience, R has a more mature and robust quantitative ecosystem, but python has good packages as well in addition to being easier to learn/read/generally more of a pleasure to work with

I hope it'll be closer to Poland this time. It was awesome I could take part in it when it was in Kraków. And then Barcelona next year...

@nano: still undetermined although we are making progress on that
quick question. i’m new to clojurians. where would be the right place to announce a project not implemented in clojure but related ? for example: i want to release a c++ port of the clojure api. it’s something that came out of a private project of mine, but i think it might have some value for other people
